IS MISS K 10 SECOND MASCARA WATERPROOF?

MISS K 10 Second Mascara is a water-resistant mascara. It contains a unique water-resistant film former that does not smudge or flake all day long through rain, sweat, and even tears. Both waterproof and water-resistant mascaras withstand water. However, waterproof mascaras may contain some strong ingredients that can be harmful to health.

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To place an order, click the Add to cart” button next to any product you wish to purchase. To begin the checkout process, click on the “Check Out” button. Follow the necessary steps until you receive confirmation that the transaction has been accepted.

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER WITH MISSKCOSMETICS.COM TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, you can place an order without registering your account. However, we offer FREE standard shipping to US customers who have registered with MISSKCOSMETICS.COM only. The creation of this account will also allow you to review your order history, track orders, etc. 

 

HOW DO I USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE?

To apply a promotional code to a purchase, you can enter the promo code at check-out. Enter the promo code in the “Promotional Code” field and click the “Apply” button at check-out. Your discount will then be applied to your purchase.

 

HOW DO I FIND MY USER ID AND PASSWORD?

In order to request a new password, go to the “Log In” and click on “Forgot your password?” An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to you.

 

HOW CAN I UPDATE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

You can change your personal information by managing your account online. Simply log into your account and update your personal data.

MY PAYMENT HAS BEEN REJECTED.

Due to the security and privacy issues, your bank cannot provide us with information about the reasons why your payment was rejected. To solve the payment issues, please contact your bank.

 

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION.

If you haven’t received any email about your order confirmation, it is likely that our emails have been marked as spam. Be sure to check your spam folder in case the confirmation email has been filtered out of your main feed. Or, your order may not have been successfully submitted. WHERE CAN I VIEW MY ORDER HISTORY?

If you are a registered MISS K member, you may see your order history by logging into your MISSKCOSMETICS.COM account. On your account page, you can see your order history.

 

WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER?

You can find your order number in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. You can also find your order number on your account page. 

 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PURCHASE?

You can cancel or change orders that we haven’t shipped yet. However, orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. If your order has already been shipped, you can receive a full refund for items returned within 30 days after receipt of your order.

 

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from MISSKCOSMETICS.COM, you may return the unused portion for refund or exchange. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days after you have received your order. E-Gift cards and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please include a copy of your invoice or the original order confirmation in the package. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of our receipt of the product. The time to post to your credit card account can vary depending on the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank for details. 

 

HOW DO I RETURN A DAMAGED PRODUCT?

If the product(s) you have received are damaged or if the products received are not the products you originally ordered, you can exchange or return the product(s). Please send a photo of your damaged product(s) and a screenshot of the packaging slip to us at info@misskcosmetics.com so we can help you with your return or exchange. Please return the item(s) in the original package if possible and include a copy of your invoice or the original order confirmation in the package. All shipping costs of returning damaged product(s) will be reimbursed.

 

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM.

If you placed an order and received the wrong item(s), you can return the product(s). All shipping costs of returning the wrong item sent will be reimbursed. 

 

I RETURNED A PRODUCT/AN ORDER BUT I HAVEN’T HEARD ANYTHING.

Returns take 7-10 business days to process. If after 10 days you haven’t received a refund or replacement, please contact MISS K Cosmetics customer service by email at info@misskcosmetics.com
